    How is billing handled?

    Billing is per venue, monthly in MKD or yearly (10 months charged, 2 months free), invoiced in MKD at the NBRM middle exchange rate on the billing date. VAT is not included.

    Which fiscal devices are supported?

    We support Akcent PF550 and PF700, as well as David FP and FX series. For other devices, contact us to check compatibility.

    Do I need special hardware?

    No, eBar works on your existing devices - phones, tablets, or computers. Only an internet connection is required.

    How does support work?

    We provide SLA support with response time up to 30 minutes, 08:00-22:00 daily. Contact via phone, email, or in-app chat.

    Can it integrate with my existing system?

    eBar has APIs for integration with other systems. For specific needs, contact us for consultation.
